Machine Details

-EZ 4525 Horizontal Rod Clipping Machine is designed for securely closing the openings of bags, casings, and similar packaging with a single clip.

-The machine is fully pneumatic and operates with compressed air at a working pressure of 5–7 bar.

-The clipping operation is performed pneumatically. The die and relevant machine settings can be adjusted to achieve the required clipping quality.

-In the horizontal configuration, the machine can be mounted using a supporting rod and mounting clamp and can also be used with an optional mobile trolley.

-Thanks to its compact and horizontal body, it can be mounted at various operating points.

-The EZ 4525 is designed to operate with S 4526 and S 4528 clips.

-Compressed air consumption is approximately 2.4–2.7 Nl/cycle, depending on the operating pressure.
