Machine Details

-The POLY-CLIP EZ 626 is designed for securely closing bags, casings, nets and similar packaging with a single clip.

-The machine is fully pneumatic and operates with compressed air at 5–7 bar.

-The clipping operation is performed pneumatically, with adjustable die settings for the required clipping quality.

-It is designed to operate with S 625, S 628, S 632 and S 638 clips.

-An integrated pneumatic knife can be used to cut excess packaging material. 

-The optional EZ TAG-Feeder allows labels to be secured to the packaging during the clipping process.

-With the EZ TAG-Feeder, cold embossing labels can be applied with up to 3 lines × 12 characters for product and batch information.

-Its compact design allows easy installation at different points of the production line.
