The machine operates mechanically and electrically connected to FCA 3430 filling machines.

The portions pass through the separator stripping process with gram-level accuracy and are clipped as single, coiled, or chain products.

The Double Clipping Machine is electronically controlled by a PLC and servo frequency converter and is equipped with a completely wear-resistant drive system. The program memory can be configured according to specific applications.

In addition to the standard control buttons, the control panel includes controls for the knife cutting system, hanging-loop counters, portion counters for each casing strand, and speed adjustment of the conveyor discharge belt.

The casing brake operates with high precision and without causing wear to the casing. The brake holder is designed as a movable unit and is also suitable for the installation of a pneumatic brake.

For casing replacement, the machine can automatically open sideways to provide easy access.
